With so much attention on California and New York people often forget there is some truly world-class jiu-jitsu and MMA in Florida, as epitomized by the American Top Team (ATT). 

On April 2, the team hosted the grand opening of their new 40,000 sqft facility, and thanks to the magic of technology you can go inside on a virtual tour. 

With four huge mat areas (plus a cage, Muay Thai training area, strength and conditioning room, indoor cycle studio and more) the new American Top Team facility is pretty much the gym of our dreams. 



ATT is one of the best known teams in the world of combat sports. An offshoot of the Brazilian Top Team, which was formed by a number of core members of the legendary Carlson Gracie team, ATT is home to champion fighters from the ring, cage and mats. 

Gezary Matuda, PanAm champ and pro jiu-jitsu competitor, is one of the most prominent reps of the team. ATT also boasts a long list of UFC and Bellator fighters, and have NCAA Div I champ-turned MMA fighter Steve Mocco as a wrestling coach.
