Josh Hinger is still one of the top competitors in the adult division, but has struggled so far at Master Worlds before today. Josh has surprisingly always fallen just short of gold at the event, with several medals but failing to finish on top of the podium.

It took Josh a little over a minute to switch from "Hinger-plata" to armbar and secure his first ever gold medal at Master Worlds.
