Romulo Barral 

Monday will feature Romulo Barral, the Gracie Barra black belt known as the founder of the Everyday Porrada movement. Barra won gold at the IBJJF Worlds in 2007, 2009, 2012, 2013, and 2014 and took ADCC gold in 2013.

Beatriz Mesquita 

Widely regarded as one of the greatest female grapplers in jiu-jitsu history, Mesquita is a five-time IBJJF World champion (2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019) and was 2017 ADCC champ. The Gracie Humaita black belt's status as the Lady GOAT isn't just opinion – it's backed up by the numbers.

Gordon Ryan and Craig Jones

The #1 P4P no-gi grappler in the world, Gordon Ryan, will be joined by his Australian training partner Craig Jones, #2 88kg grappler in the FloGrappling no-gi rankings. Ryan took double gold at ADCC 2019 while Jones took silver at 88kg – both are known for their submission-heavy style of jiu-jitsu and they'll be calling in from NYC.

Few people will argue with the fact Caio Terra is a legit jiu-jitsu and grappling genius. One of the greatest grappling minds on the planet, Terra combines both competition experience with a history of coaching high-level grapplers to major championships titles.
