Jiu-Jitsu power couple, Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu and Maggie Grindatti are keeping grapplers busy with daily jiu-jitsu techniques, yoga flows and workout sessions everyone can do at home.
What does it involve?
Every class is designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. Cyborg and Maggie are using everyday household items as weights to keep workouts challenging and productive.
