If you don't have plans to be in Dallas on May 20, you might want to make some. Fight to Win Pro 35 is making its return, and the featured matches are going to kick up some dust.
The main event will be a black belt lightweight no-gi fight between ADCC trials winner Justin Rader and 2017 ADCC West Coast trials superfight winner Bruno Frazatto.

Both of these competitors are not only grappling superstars but also Fight to Win Pro veterans. Rader most recently fought an unforgettable match against Garry Tonon, and Frazatto's last F2W appearance saw him fight a tight, controlled battle against Osvaldo "Queixinho." This match will be a title fight, as the former champion, Augusto "Tanquinho" Mendes, had to forfeit his title due to contractual obligations with another promotion.
The co-main event will feature two-time EBI champion Eddie Cummings and 2015 Fight to Win Pro grappler of the year Thiago Macedo in a 155lb black belt no-gi match. Macedo made a name for himself on the F2W stage, having gone 3-0 in spectacular fashion while competing for the promotion. Cummings himself has only competed for Fight to Win once, in which he came away with a win by decision against Samir Chantre.
Finally, gi fans can rejoice -- James Puolopo and Gabriel "Fedor" Lucas will be competing in a heavyweight black belt gi match as well. Puolopo won silver in his division at 2016 Worlds, losing only to Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida in the finals. He also submitted Luis Rubalcava at Fight to Win Pro 11. Fedor won the 2017 Rome Open.
These matches -- plus many, many more -- will make Fight to Win Pro 35 yet another event that Dallas won't soon forget. Make sure you're watching it in person or right here on FloGrappling as we stream it live!
