John Danaher & Marcelo Garcia Put An End To Social Media Rivalry
After the dust up between Dillon Danis, Gordon Ryan and Garry Tonon at the 2016 ADCC North American trials both coaches from Marcelo Garcia Academy and Renzo Gracie Academy buried the hatchet on Monday.
Despite the growing rivalry between a few of their students it's clear both Danaher and Garcia are working together to put an end to some of the social media banter that led to Saturday's scene.
On social media John Danaher posted a picture with the always smiling Marcelo Garcia and while both encouraged a sense of healthy rivalry he also admits that things have gotten a bit out of hand.

We have agreed that the mood of the last few days is one that is not good for the sport and even worse for the NYC jiu jitsu scene.
