It was another fantastic night of action from the heart of São Paulo, as BJJ Stars delivered on title fights, super fights, and a stacked featherweight Grand Prix that saw Fabricio Andrey emerge victorious. Jansen Gomes and Jaime Canuto captured championship gold and some of Brazil's brightest lit up the mats.

In the Grand Prix, it came down to Meyram Maquine and Fabricio Andrey to determine the champion - two of the most explosive and technical athletes in the world's deepest division. Meyram blazed his way to the finals with a crazy flying armbar in round one and a close, tactical win over Kennedy Maciel in the semifinals. Fabricio had a similar route, putting up 11 points in his first match before outlasting Diego Sodre by an advantage. In the finals, Fabricio scored early with an advantage and then more points, securing a big win that he was clearly excited about.

In a highly anticipated medium-heavy championship bout, it was Jansen Gomes sgining in a title winning victory over Fellipe Andrew. Jansen scored early in the clash of World Champions, using his great top game to pressure Fellipe's incredible guard. Jansen adds the BJJ Stars 195lb championship to his legacy after another great year.

In Master's Championship action, it was Jaime Canuto taking home the belt after six hard minutes of action. His opponent Piter Frank was on an achilles lock for long stretches of the match but ultimately could not convert that into anything but the advantages. Tayane Porfirio, not representing Alliance, picked up a good win over Giovanna Jara by points using her notable takedown skills and heavy top pressure for a vintage performance.
