The women's +65kg 2024 ADCC World Championship final was a Brazilian affair as Rafaela Guedes and Nathiely de Jesus both hailed from beautiful Brazil. 

This match was a rematch from WNO 20 where Nathiely de Jesus won. 

Rafaela Guedes was able to score late in the match and win 2-0 to become the new +65kg 2024 ADCC World Champion. 

She evened the match score between her and Nathiely de Jesus. Guedes now is 3-0 at the 2024 ADCC World Championship

 Guedes redeemed herself from her 2022 ADCC World Championship final, where she lost to Amy Campo, who she beat to make it to the +65 ADCC World Championship final.
