The ADCC World Championship makes its return after a two-year hiatus on Aug. 17 and one of the most watched weight classes at the tournament will be the -77KG. 

The -77KG bracket was revealed on Aug. 16 and grapplers have a little more than 13 hours to prepare for their first round opponent. And all eyes will be on Mica Galvao, who is attempting to be the second grappler ever to win the IBJJF Grand Slam and a ADCC World title in the same year.

But it won't be easy. JT Torres won the -77KG ADCC championship in 2017 and 2019 and is in the field. While 2022 defending champion Kade Ruotolo will not be in the bracket, Dante Leon, who medaled in 2022 is. 

So is veteran Vagner Rocha and current WNO Middleweight Champion Jonnatas Gracie.
