The 2024 ADCC World Championship begins at 1 p.m. EST on Aug. 17 with the first round matches scheduled to start at 1:45 p.m. at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. 

One of the most anticipated ADCC weight classes is the the -66KG class that features such stars as reigning ADCC champion Diogo “Baby Shark” Reis and the first ever WNO double champion, Diego “Pato” Oliveira.  

The field also features up-and-coming grappler Dorian Olivarez, 18, from Houston. Olivarez was also a top high school wrestling prospect from the states of Texas, ranking in the FloWrestling top 100. 

The favorite to win, according to the experts in Las Vegas, is Pato who is the current Featherweight and Lightweight WNO champion.
