ADCC Announces Dates & Locations Of Both 2024 Brazilian Trials

ADCC confirmed the dates and locations for the ADCC Trials in Brazil, where a total of 13 athletes will earn the right to participate at the 2024 ADCC World Championships.

The first Trials will be held on March 2 in Belo Horizonte, in the state of Minas Gerais, while the second one will mark the organization's return to São Paulo on March 9, as reported on Análise FloGrappling. The information was officially released on ADCC chief organizer Mo Jassim's Instagram.

The first date comes as a surprise for the Jiu-Jitsu community. The first trials in Brazil will be at Mineirinho, in Belo Horizonte, on March 2, 2024. This will be the first Trials held in Minas Gerais and seems to hint at a growing grappling popularity in the state.

The second tournament will be in São Paulo, on March 9, and will have the Ginásio do Morumbi as the battlefield that will decide who goes to the ADCC 2024. It is worth remembering that on March 8, the day before the Trials of São Paulo, the venue will also host the ADCC Open São Paulo.

ADCC 2024 is scheduled for August 17 and 18 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Stay tuned to FloGrappling for more information about the upcoming ADCC Trials.
