Nicholas Meregali is used to taking over the jiu-jitsu mat, but at 1 p.m. on Aug. 4, the No. 3-ranked gi grappler in the world will be taking over a studio. 

Meregali, who will compete at the 2024 ADCC World Championships from Aug. 17-18 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, will be watching the 2022 ADCC World Championship live in the FloSports studio in Austin, Texas. 

The Brazilian superstar and three-time IBJJF World Champion is the No. 4-ranked no-gi grappler in the world. He will give his insights on the event’s biggest moments, break down submissions and give his thoughts on several matches including:

  • Giancarlo Bodoni vs Lucas Barbosa

Nicholas Meregali competed at the 2022 ADCC World Championships in Las Vegas. He finished second in the absolute class and third in his weight class. 

Meregali is one of the favorites to win the -99 KG class that his current training partner, Gordon Ryan, won in 2022.
