The main event, Nicholas Meregali vs Kaynan Duarte is set to be a rubber match between two long time rivals. Meregali and Duarte have gone 2-2 in their competition history against each other. But they've never faced off in no-gi competition. Duarte is coming off of his second consecutive ADCC title, dominating the -99kg division at ADCC 2022. Meregali, who has only been competing in no-gi for the last 18 months, has showed tremendous improvements since joining the New Wave team in Austin, TX to begin his no-gi experiment. He took a bronze medal at ADCC 2022 in the 99kg division, and also captured silver in the absolute division.

In the co-main event, Ffion Davies is set to defend her flyweight title against rising talent Jasmine Rocha. Earlier in the evening, Dante Leon and Ethan Crelinsten will face off for the vacant lightweight WNO title.
