Paulo Miyao Just Loves Jiu Jitsu

This years IBJJF Pan NoGi Championship is set to include the the Brazilian Berimbolo Master, Paulo Miayo for the first time in his black belt career.

Paulo has recently made the move to New York by way of Sāo Paulo Brazil and has since then, racked up medal upon medal in the IBJJF circuit. Originally residing in Brazil, tournaments for Paulo have been limited merely because of the cost involved with flights to and from his hometown. Taking full advantage of his newly acquired New York status, Paulo has been competing as much as he can. Paulo stated, "I like the adrenaline of a tournament, I like competing a lot," and that has never been more evident this year.
