Danis is no fan of the 'Danaher Death Squad' and he got into it a little bit with the team back in November at the ADCC Trials.
Gordon's been trying to call out Danis forever, even offering $100k prize money, but it could end up that these two face off at ADCC.
Dillon practically killed himself to hit the weight limit of 77kg for ADCC 2015, losing to Garry Tonon in the first round by way of heelhook. It's likely he'll compete at -88kg for the ADCC 2017 Worlds in September.
It just so happens that Danaher's guys, all Renzo Gracie team members, each occupy a different weight class: Eddie Cummings at 66kg, Garry Tonon at 77kg, Gordon at 88kg and Tom DeBlass at 99kg.
Gordon and DeBlass are the only two confirmed to compete so far -- DeBlass qualified by winning the East Coast Trials in November, while Gordon posted a few days ago that he received his invitation.
You can watch the ADCC 2017 West Coast Trials live or on demand ONLY on FloGrappling! Featuring incredible superfights such as:
