The main event for November 19's TUFF Invitational has been announced with a clash between Arya Esfandmaz and Chris Bowe.
The main event for November 19's TUFF Invitational has been announced with a clash between Arya Esfandmaz and Chris Bowe.
Esfandmaz is a black belt under Lucio "Lagarto" Rodrigues. A black belt in both judo and jiu-jitsu originally based in London, he's a flashy competitor with a penchant for flying submissions. He's a multiple-time British champion, a European No-Gi champion and at runner-up at the Abu Dhabi Pro World Championships (brown belt).
Bowe is a Gracie Barra representative from Dublin, Ireland, who trained extensively under the Estima brothers Braulio and Victor. He is a seven-time medalist at the European and World Championships and a five-time Abu Dhabi Pro trials winner.
Supporting the main event will be 15-plus superfights, featuring top European and British talent.
