1) Over-under grips lead to a crazy scramble here. Nice foot sweep attempt, hiptoss, and ability to roll through a throw to land in a dominant position.



2) Young lady hits a superb doubleleg here, a takedown that would make any wrestling coach proud.



3) The o goshi, or hip toss, is one of the first throws most students learn. Perfect timing and execution to hit the throw and establish side control.



4) Sometimes though, the hip toss doesn't end so well. Solid balance and counter attack from this young man.



5) Clever use of misdirection to set up the outside foot sweep. Smooth!
